Guido while stopped for a light, he was rear ended by defendant. Guido's car damage was $500.00
Defendant admitted liability.
Guido suffered from persistent back pain and lost the ability to continue his profession as a cabinetmaker. Guido's wife and passenger Geraldine did not file a claim.
Initially Guido demanded $112,000. He claimed he lost over $100,000 in cabinet work. At trial, Guido then lowered his demand to $80,000.
